ASMR Guided Meditation w/ Sound Healing 💖 for Anxiety Relief & Sleep

Tonight's video is all about anxiety relief & grounding meditation.
I'll be doing some breathing exercises with you using a Tibetan bowl to make your mind relax and calm down and will also be guiding you through a body scan meditation using ethereal sounding koshi chimes (thank you to the kind anonymous person that gifted me through throne wishlist!). Lastly we'll do a quick negative energy pulling and we'll burn it together in the flame of a candle.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
