ご主人自ら採取した食材で料理を提供している個性的なお店です。ご希望の食材があれば店主が狩りに行き狩猟してくれます。ジビエ、魚、野鳥、山菜、昆虫、さまざまな食材を味わうことができる貴重な場所です。
営業は完全予約制の不定休。1日1組限定なので必ず問い合わせと予約が必須となります。

It is a unique restaurant that serves dishes using ingredients collected by the owner himself. If you have the ingredients you want, the owner will go hunting for you. It is a valuable place where you can Jibie, river fish, mountain birds, wild plants, insects and various ingredients.
Business is closed on an irregular basis with a complete reservation system. Since it is limited to one group per day, inquiries and reservations are required.
