水針魚聽說在日本常被做為生魚片的魚種,自己完全沒有試過小型魚種的生魚片
這次算是第一次嘗試,想不到肉質和味道都不錯,就是處理起來稍微麻煩一點因為物件太小
也是接觸到這種魚發現針骨是隨著肋骨長度延伸出去的,這種魚肋骨特長
所以針骨幾乎整條魚片都有,也算是長了一點小知識

I've heard that it's common to make garfish sashimi in Japan, but I've never tried small fish sashimi. This is my first attempt. The meat quality and taste are surprisingly good, but the size of the fish is a bit small to fillet. I have also come into contact with this species of fish and noticed a pin bone extending beyond the ribs' length. The rib cage of this fish is so long that almost all fish fillets contain pin bones. This makes me gain a little knowledge.
