Learning objectives:

• Identify at least two unique aspects of suicidal behavior in the American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) population.
• Discuss four target skills and three mediating factors associated with the AILS school-based suicide prevention intervention.
• Display increased collaboration with tribal, state, local or federal colleagues to implement mental health interventions to reduce inequities and ultimately reduce the suicide rates of AI/ANs.
