Chicken Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Corn on the Cob and Mashed Potatoes - Perfect meal

Serve chicken steak with the mushroom sauce and a side of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob or your choice of side.

Ingredients:
1½ kg of boneless chicken cut in streaks
1½ tbsp of soy sauce
1½ tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger and garlic
2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
2 tbsp of chilli garlic sauce
1½ tbsp of vinegar
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp whole black pepper which we crush

Mushroom sauce Ingredients:
50 gm Butter
150 gm baby mushrooms
1 medium sized onion
¼ tsp minced garlic
½ cup or slightly less double cream
pinch of salt and black pepper

Mashed Potatoes Ingredients:
1 large potato (boiled and mashed)
1 tbsp butter
100 ml milk
pinch of salt and black pepper
2-3 tbsp double cream
