Butter Chicken Recipe - Restaurant Style Butter Chicken

After huge success of my Chicken Shorba recipe, which has been trending on insta for a month and had over 500 recreations and amazing feedback by my followers and fellow bloggers, I am presenting you the most authentic, restaurant style butter chicken - try this recipe with simple ingredients at home! It’s very easy to make involving few steps and it turns out finger licking good!!

Ingredients
700gm boneless chicken cut in cubes
1 onion
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Set 1 spices (for marination)
1 tsp red chillies
2 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp of turmeric, garam masala, and salt

Set 2 spices (for curry)
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp turmeric, and salt
