This all-in-one workout includes a warm up, 3 minutes of balance exercises, 10 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of cardio along with a cool-down and stretching. If you're looking for a full body workout, this is it! This is a no-talking workout for those of you who prefer to just listen to music. In this workout, you will build strength, boost your metabolism and improve your balance & flexibility. It's a jam packed workout in 45 minutes.

Ideally, have one heavier set and one lighter set of weights close by for the strength training as well as a chair for stretching at the end.
