AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASE

Physical function
Our immune system usually works to protect the body from germs and infection. But sometimes the immune system can malfunction. It begins to attack its own cells, organs and tissues, being unable to differentiate between what is healthy and what is harmful, causing an autoimmune response.

Energetic meaning
Autoimmune issues are symbolic of our feelings towards ourselves. We live in a time where we are being called to find more connection with who we are, but outside pressures can often leave us feeling in internal conflict. We may be holding onto wounds from the past that are causing us to feel very defensive, or perhaps we are not able to offer ourselves acceptance and love. When we criticize ourselves or our situation, our body can manifest physical symptoms of defense or attack towards the self.

The goal of today's session is to activate your body's self-healing capacity and open up the deepest cell levels for repair and rejuvenation. During this fully guided session, we'll also incorporate the ho’oponopono prayer to clear energy and enhance the relationship you have with your physical body, aligning the energy to get you both back on the same team. During the first 4 minutes you will get a brief explanation before the guided session part begins.
