今次不是洪先生下廚,而是由我掌勺,有我最拿手的三文魚頭湯,加上番茄及豆腐有畫龍點睛之用。想煲湯沒有魚腥味,最重要夠薑及灒米酒。

材料 Ingredients
三文魚頭 2個半邊 2 Halves of Salmon Head
三文魚骨 1包 1 Pack of Salmon Frame
洋蔥1個 1 Onion
番茄3個 3 Tomatoes
豆腐 半盒 Half box of Bean Curd
麵豉 半湯匙 Half tbsp of Japanese Miso
薑 3-4片 3-4 Slices of Ginger
米酒 3湯匙 3 tbsp of Chinese Rice Wine (Mijiu)
