🟢材料:
三文魚骨 600 克
蕃茄 400 克
薯仔(土豆) 400 克
薑 1 塊
鹽、油、熱水適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 洗淨三文魚骨,下鍋煎至兩面金黃,加入適量熱水,蓋鍋蓋煮 5 分鐘。
2️⃣ 將蕃茄和薯仔切粒,熱鍋下油炒至蕃茄軟爛。
3️⃣ 把煮完5分鐘的魚湯隔渣倒入蕃茄薯仔中,將三文魚肉拆出放回湯裡,煮至薯仔軟爛放適量鹽調味即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Salmon bones - 600 g
Tomatoes - 400 g
Potatoes - 400 g
Ginger - 1 piece
Salt, oil, hot water - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the salmon bones and fry them in a pan until both sides are golden. Add enough hot water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Cut the tomatoes and potatoes into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft.
3️⃣ Strain the fish broth after boiling it for 5 minutes and pour it into the tomato and potato mixture. Take out the salmon meat from bones and put it back into the soup. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Season with salt to taste.
