This pilates reformer home workout focuses on abs, arms and glutes using a pilates ball prop. This pilates workout is similar to a pilates studio class, but in the comfort of your own home. If you're looking for a challenging pilates workout that will strengthen your body, this is the perfect workout for you. My style of pilates is not classical pilates where you do 7-10 reps of each exercise. I create my pilates workouts so I feel a burn, feel like I am being worked out and feel amazing after the workout! I want everyone to feel challenged in these workouts, but I do give modifications for springs and exercises so everyone can give this workout a try and always say to take a break if you need. Not sure how to use a pilates reformer or how to use a pilates machine, then just follow on to my workouts as I take you step by step through a pilates reformer workout.
