This pilates reformer workout is a 42 minute workout that will give the whole body a challenging workout that will leave you feeling great. This pilates home workout focuses on abs, arms and legs utilizing the box in many of the exercises. Some of the pilates reformer exercises include pulling straps 1 and 2, triceps, pull ups, standing side splits, skater and abs on the pilates box. Not sure how to use your pilates reformer machine or looking to get into pilates, follow along in my workouts as I take you step by step through a pilates reformer workout that is like a pilates studio class but in the comfort of your own home.
