282 g unsalted butter
190 g old fashioned oats
280 g all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
200 g granulated sugar
200 g light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp molasses

2 c powdered sugar
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
