A sweet and short tourist film promoting the many virtues of the town of Plovdiv in Bulgaria. This dates to the late 1970s, possibly 1977. Among the many attractions are a cultural festival in the Autumn, traditional buildings and streets, and night life set in historic surrounds. I note the promotion emphasises the presence of cars...indeed a carpark with some in seems presented almost as an attraction...not something that would need to feature in many tourist films of the time.

In any case, this was produced, promoted and approved by the "Peoples State Committee for Tourism in Bulgaria", with further credits appearing at the end.
