Are they dupes? Belif moisture bomb vs e.l.f. holy hydration cream

I bought the elf moisturizer when I noticed my belif was running low. After trying out the elf, I wondered if I had found a dupe. After trying out both here and there, this video idea came to me. I hope it helps you make a decision between the two if you have been pondering these two moisturizers. Huzzah!

I'd also like to clarify my definition of a "dupe" here. When I ask "are they dupes?", I mean are they the same consistancy and do they work the exact same on the skin.
