2: Managing The Value Stream
(Specify processes, methods, procedures which create value
Eliminate all non value adding activities)

3: Making Value Adding Steps Flow
(Uninterrupted flow of product
No waiting time, no downtime)

4: Pull Technique
(Supply of product or service only when customer want it)

5: Perfection
(Repeatedly implementation of all 4 pillars create value ultimately, and at last there will be no waste)
