0:00, Intro
3:17, Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust
1 cup White Sugar
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Corn Syrup
3/4 teaspoons Vanilla
1/3 cup Melted Butter (salted)
3 whole Eggs, Beaten
1 cup (heaping) Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl.
Pour chopped pecans in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
Pour syrup mixture over the top. Cover top and crust lightly/gently with foil. Bake pie at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove foil, then continue baking for 20 minutes, being careful not to burn the crust or pecans. NOTE: PIE SHOULD NOT BE OVERLY JIGGLY WHEN YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE OVEN. If it shakes a lot, cover with foil and bake for an additional 20 minute or until set.

5:22, Cinnamon Pie
Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, homemade or store bought
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 egg yolks, at room temperature
1 ¼ cups heavy cream, (at room temperature)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
Pinch of nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the brown sugar and mix until well combined.
Add the eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beating between each addition.
Pour in the heavy cream, and add the flour, spices, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the cinnamon filling into the crust, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 35-45 minutes. The edges should be set, while the center will still jiggle slightly.
Let the pie cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then transfer to the refrigerator to cool completely, about 4-5 hours.
Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
