Our FAVORITE Spray Adhesive for Automotive Trim and Upholstery - 3M 08074 | WEGS GARAGE

This week, we discuss the spray adhesive we have used throughout the interior restoration of our 1964 Triumph TR4. It is 3M 08074 Spray Trim Adhesive. This is really good stuff and works on vinyl, carpet, underfelt, and a variety of other materials. It is great for us DIY guys who do not have a dedicated adhesive spray gun.

This video is part of our Triumph TR4 DIY interior installation series. We are installing a Moss Motors honey tan kit in our Triumph TR4. The underfelt is the synthetic jute kit from The Roadster Factory. Instructions for the TR4 interior kits are difficult to find. Hopefully this video is helpful for anyone out there attempting a similar project. Many components are similar between Triumph TR3, TR4, TR4A, TR5, TR250, TR6, Spitfire, and many other British cars.
