In this video I will share my 10 tips for a quick, sharp and healthy brain. One of my most common requests is how to remember fast and easily.

The key to remembering fast and easily is to have a system or framework for what you are wanting to recall. Personally I love the mind palace or the memory palace as my number one go to method for memory training.

The mind palace enables you to store data in your memory and in this video we will turn our body in to a mind palace or memory palace and you will actually memorize the 10 points for brain and memory health.

You will see that many of my tips are brain health related such as foods good for your memory.

I am a believer in good foods for the brain as well as exercise and memory systems.
