Ingredients
For the pavlova:
4 egg whites (room temperature)
3/4 cup superfine sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

For Lemon Curd:
4 egg yolks
-1/2 cup sugar
120 ml lemon juice
Zest of 2 lemons
80 gr butter, softened

Topping:
3/4 cup heavy cream
Lemon zest
Toasted almond flakes
