World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier VIII Premium American Cruiser USS Rochester

When Tier VIII Premium American cruiser USS Rochester was first announced, I was pretty excited (see also my First Look video on the ship). She was a lovely melding of Cleveland and Baltimore, merging the former's consumables list with the latter's guns and armor. Unfortunately, Rochester didn't survive testing in that configuration; her release version is much more "blah" trading her radar for smoke. On paper, Rochester looks inferior to USS Anchorage, the other Tier VIII Premium American heavy cruiser who also has smoke. In practice, however, I found that I quite enjoyed Rochester, as seen in my first game in the ship here on Estuary.
