1/4 cup Oyster Sauce 🦪
1 tbsp Honey 🍯
1 tbsp Black Vinegar or Chinese Wine/Sake 🍶
1/2 cup Water 💦
1 tsp White Pepper or Chilli (optional) 🌶️
1 tbsp Cornflour

Here's how you whip it up:
1. In a pan, add a splash of sesame oil and cook your chicken on high heat for 2-3 mins.
2. Toss in the broccoli and cook for a few more minutes. 🥦
3. Mix all the stir-fry sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken and broccoli.
4. Stir everything until the sauce thickens, which should take about a minute.
