It may claim to host some of the best and brightest students in the world, but that doesn't mean Harvard University is immune to investigation by one of the finest detective minds to ever exist. Ed Powell is back on the case, this time taking aim at the institution's so-called police force, whose number has been calling the Cleveland PD's third district and leaving unsaviory remarks. They're not the only ones under fire, as Officer Hart joins forces with the Captain to put a Sacramento Denny's and the Detroit Police under the microscope of justice.
