What ya gonna do when Ed Powell comes for you?! Captain Powell and his bad boys are back in action, this time bringing justice to the crooked cops at the Memphis Police Department. They've been leaving lewd remarks at the 3rd District, and despite their pleas of innocence, Ed ain't gonna let them get away with it this time. After that debacle, the good officer and his buddy Fred take on some restaurants, while a certain retired chartered accountant receives some unpleasant telly-phone calls. To cap it off, Dr. Phil decides to dish out some advice to a man working at a particularly lascivious store.
