If you feel your baby carrier doesn't seem to fit your baby right and it is too big you we guide you through how to adjust your tie strap/Meh Dai/Bei Dai//MT/half buckle baby carrier to fit your newborn infant or simply to make it smaller for a little baby.

Hannah is demonstrating with an Oscha Cairis Baby Carrier but you can follow these tips with any tie strap carrier.

These clever tweaks can make the baby carrier fit much more neatly and provide extra support whilst still being safe and comfortable for you both. We guide you through how to reduce the panel height to fit your baby and to reduce the width to add increased head support by manoeuvring the straps in different ways.

If you don't have a Cairis with a Cynch included you could use a soft piece of fabric or scrunchy to reduce the width of your baby carrier.

The baby size Cairis is shown in this video (toddler size is also available) and the colourway is Sekai Sail. You can purchase an Oscha Cairis here: https://www.oschaslings.com/shop/cate...

The Oscha Cairis is a half buckle (or Meh Dai) style carrier with a unique fully padded waistband for maximum comfort and elegance. The loose straps make it easy to get a perfect fit and help avoid any digging from arm strap buckles.
