In Burma, you can catch from freshwater rivers during their season only so this is special and another special is the way of cooking with eggs is occasional too. 400g river prawn - cleaned
1nos onion - ground
3cloves garlic - ground
1nos tomato - cut
2pcs green chilli - sliced
1nos egg - beaten
1tbsp chilli powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp masala powder
salt to taste
4tbsp cooking oil
