Hi YouTube, I'M BACK!

Wow. I haven't posted any new videos since late 2021. It took me until now to sort things out, and moving forward this channel will look pretty different. I'm still very much dedicated to the physical and spiritual science of pain, healing, regeneration and freedom - and you can expect new content to reflect those topics. You will definitely see videos from me exploring partner fascia release and Kinetix (my methodology of mapping).

And, I'm launching a podcast called The Human Freedom Project that will be available on all the usual audio only platforms, but since it is a video podcast it will also be published here on my YouTube channel. I'm really excited about this podcast!

What you will NOT see from me are new self fascia release videos. I've stopped teaching self fascia release. This channel update video explains, in part, why.
