Ingredients and Measurements:
For the string beans:
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 onion chopped
2 scallions chopped
2 wiri wiri peppers chopped
3 tbsp green seasoning (I added extra garlic so I didn't have to use garlic separately)
10 cherry tomatoes chopped
2 packs french cut string beans/green beans
2 small potatoes sliced
black pepper to taste
2 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
all purpose seasoning to taste

For the dhal:
water to cook the dhal (enough to give desired texture)
2 tbsp. green seasoning
1 scallion chopped
2 hot peppers chopped
1.5 cups dhal (yellow split peas)
salt to taste
all purpose seasoning to taste

For the bunjal shrimp/crab:
3 tbsp. oil
1.5 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. masala
2 tsp. ground geera/cumin
2 tbsp. green seasoning (extra garlic)
3-4 wiri wiri peppers
1/2 chopped onion
2 scallions chopped
6 cherry tomatoes chopped
1-2 lb shrimp (washed/peeled deveined)
1 pack imitation crab eat chunks
salt to taste
all purpose seasoning to taste

For the egg/potato curry:
3 tbsp. oil
1.5 tbsp. curry powder
1.5 tbsp. masala
2 tsp. ground geera/cumin
2 tbsp. green seasoning (extra garlic)
3-4 wiri wiri peppers
1/2 chopped onion
2 scallions chopped
6 cherry tomatoes chopped (OPTIONAL)
5-6 eggs boiled and chopped
3-4 medium potatoes peeled/chopped
salt to taste
all purpose seasoning to taste

For the bhajee/spinach:
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 tbsp. green seasoning
1 wiri wiri pepper chopped
1 scallion chopped
2 packs/blocks frozen/chopped spinach
you can add 1/2- 1 cup coconut milk if you wish (I didn't add any)
