New & Improved Irish Spicebag Recipe

The Famous Irish Spicebag what a creation.

This time last year I made a video of a homemade Spicebag that did pretty well but I’ve gotten much better at cooking since then and especially when it comes to Spicebags so here’s my new and improved one learning from past mistakes.

📝INGREDIENTS 📝
Serves 2-3
- 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 500g of straight cut chips
- cooking oil
- 1-2 chillies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 spring onion
- half a white onion
- 1/3 of bell pepper
- 1/2 a tsp of five spice
- 1/2 of sugar
- 1tsp of onion powder
- 1tsp of paprika
- 1tsp of chilli flakes
- 1tsp of MSG
- 1tsp of chilli powder (optionally)
- 1tsp of salt & white pepper
