🌅 Rise and shine! Join me in the kitchen at 6 AM as I prepare a delightful Hung Curd Sandwich for breakfast. The secret? Overnight hung curd, making it thick and creamy. *Ingredients:*
- Hung Curd
- Carrot
- Beetroot
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Cabbage
- Fresh Coriander
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Atta Bread
- Ghee
- Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves (or Fresh Coriander)
- Dates
- Ketchup
- Oddy's Uniwrap

*Procedure:*
1. Prepare Hung Curd overnight using a strainer and muslin cloth.
2. Grate carrot and beetroot, finely chop capsicum, onion, cabbage, and fresh coriander.
3. Mix the veggies with salt and black pepper powder.
4. Apply the hung curd mix generously on Atta Bread slices.
5. Make a Coleslaw Sandwich or a Grilled Sandwich as per your preference.
6. Grill on a cast-iron pan or toast on a cast-iron tava with ghee, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
7. Pack the sandwich with dates and ketchup using Oddy's Uniwrap for a neat presentation.
