In this 35 Min Full Body GIANT SET Dumbbell Strength Workout we will target and challenge the entire body. We will be having 12x Giant Sets and some of them are at the same time Drop Set as well. Each Giant Set contains 3x movements , each movement for 40 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the movements and 30 seconds rest between the Giant Sets.

In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row ( Based on your fitness level).

The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
2x 5KG
2x 10KG
2X 18KG

Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

Part I
1.Double Suitcase Deadlift (2x 18kg)
2.Single Dumbbell Hanging Deadlift (1x 18kg)
3.Pause Jumps Squats (BW)

4. 1 ½ Decline Chest Press (2x 18kg)
5. Lighter Decline Press (2x 10kg)
6. BW Push Up

7. Pulse Romanian Deadlift (2x18kg)
8. Lighter Romanian Deadlift (2x10 kg)
9. Good Morning (1x 18kg)

10. Alternating Pick Up & Press (1x 18kg)
11. Alternating Overhead Press (2x 10kg)
12. Double Overhead Press (1x 18kg)

13. Bent over row (2x18kg)
14. Take Over Row (1x18kg)
15. Kneeling Alt. Row (2x 10kg)

16. Pick Up & Drop Crunch (5kg)
17. Jack Knife (BW)
18. Leaned Back Knee Tucks (BW)

Part II
1.Front Double Squat (2x18kg)
2. Goblet Squat (1x18kg)

12. Alt. Marching Hip Thrust
