SURPRISING Mock Apple Pie! - 1940's Ritz Cracker Recipe

Ok so if you didn't tell me this wasn't apple, I wouldn't have believed you. The flavor, the texture, the smell ALL said apple pie. But PSYCHE! Its Ritz Crackers.

This was one of the best recipes I've tried - not that I need to carbo load... but holy moly if you are in a bind and don't have apples but have crackers, well, somehow it goes well with ice cream.

I'd highly recommend this recipe!!

Also on a side note, please ignore the light fluctuations (damn skylight) and the focus fluctuations... I agreed to have someone help me man the camera and I dont think the setting was set up right.
