15g of ginger
700g of frozen Basa fish
2 brindleberries (Kudampuli)
1 tablespoon of red chili powder

Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
Water
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of mustard seeds
Half a teaspoon of fenugreek (Methi)
