My Baby Munchkin & I Make White Chocolate Unicorn Fudge || Me & My Niece || Infinity Platter || 2021

My niece and I had a blast making White chocolate unicorn fudge.

Here’s the recipe to make this with your kids :)
3 cups or 420 g White chocolate
1 can (354ml) Condensed milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals until everything is fully melted
- Add condensed milk, salt & vanilla and combine thoroughly
- Divide the mixture equally into 3 bowls and add your choice of colouring. (We used light pink, light blue and light green. I like using gel colour because it doesn’t change the texture of the mixture)
- Pour each of the coloured mixture into a dish of your choice to set the fudge
- Top with your choice of toppings & sprinkles
- Set in the fridge for a few hours, cut into squares and Enjoy!
