Stretching is a very, VERY important part of any fitness routine. It helps prevent injuries as well as maintain your range of motion throughout life so that you can age more gracefully~ It's important to hold each stretch for a MINIMUM of 30 seconds because that is how long it takes for your Golgi Tendon Organ to get activated... which in turn, allows overactive muscle fibers to relax.

Doing this routine everyday (especially after your workouts) will lead to amazing improvements in posture and flexibility. Consistency is key! Enjoy~
