I bought a Hario V60 kit and made this video to practise creating B-roll and transitions. Incredible coffee from now on came as a huge bonus:D

I use this receipe by James Hoffman (check him out, awesome knowledge about coffee):

For 5dl:
1. Boil 600g of good tasting water.
2. Measure and grind (medium-fine) 30g of fresh roasted coffee beans.
3. Pre-rinse the coffee filter with boiling hot water and put your kit on a scale.
4. Pour the grinds into the filter, make a little pit and then reset your scale.
5. Pour 60g of boiling water into the grinds and swirl away air bubbles. Let it rest(bloom) for 30sec.
6. Pour 300g of boiling water into the grinds, in 30sec - circular motion.
7. Keep the filter topped by pouring 200g of boiling water in the next 30sec.
8. Stir gently with a spoon to release grinds off the side walls.
9. Swirl as soon as possible to even out the coffee grinds to a flat bed and let the water run through.
10. Serve.
