Airfried Simple Sausage Rolls cheat recipe

Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 4 sausages per sheet
Your favourite gourmet sausages
1 Egg
Sesame seeds (optional)


Directions:

1. Thawed frozen puff pastry for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cut pastry in half.
3. Cut tip of sausage and spread over pastry. 4 sausages per sheet.
4. Brush end with beaten egg.
5. Roll tightly to form sausage rolls.
6. Cut to preferred sizes. Brush top with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
7. Airfried at 200°C for 13 - 15 minutes.
8. Serve hot with tomato sauce/relish.

These are good. Crispy pastry with perfectly cooked fillings.
