Oxford has wonderful buildings, but also huge neglect. In this video, I follow a trail of abandoned and derelict shops — and dirt, grime and pigeon droppings — from the top of Walton Street, up Little Clarendon Street, along Magdalen Street, George Street and Park End Street, and up Botley Road.

In Walton Street, I also look at four landmarks: the Phoenix, Oxford University Press, Freuds, and the Blavatnik.
