4. Meeth ( Salt )......1 1/2 Tea spoon.
5. Tikhat ( Red chilli powder )......3 1/2 Tea spoon.
6. Garam Masala ( Garam masala )......2 Tea spoon.
7. Dhane Jire powder ( Powder of Corriander seeds + cummin seeds )......1 1/2 Tea spoon.
8. Hirave vatan ( Green paste )...... ( Green chilli Medium 1 +2 Table spoon cut garlic + 1Table spoon cut Ginger.
9. Dahi ( Curd )......2 Table spoon.
10. Talala masala ( Fried onion masala )......3/4 Measuring cup.
11. Gode Tel ( Ground nut oil )......1/3 Measuring cup.
12. Barik chiralela kanda ( Small cut onion )......3 Measuring cup.
13. Lavang, dalchini ,Tamal patra ( 2 clove +4--5 small pieces cinamon + 2--3 pieces Bay leaf ) for tempering.
14. Panee (water ).....As required.
