Black Magic Margarita

INGREDIENTS
2 oz/60 ml tequila silver
1 oz/30 ml triple sec
1 oz/60 ml Lime Juice
red food colouring
blue food colouring
green Food colouring

METHOD
1. Add ice to mixing glass.
2. Add all ingredients to mixing glass.
3. Rim glass with sugar.
4. Pour over ice in glass.
5. Add food colouring. Gently stir.
6. Garnish with lime slices placed in the glass.



Purple People Eater

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Blue Curacao
1 oz/30 ml Grenadine
1 oz/30 ml Cranberry Grape Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup


METHOD
1. Rim glass with sugar. Set aside.
2. Add ice and all ingredients to mixing glass.
3. Pour over ice in previously rimmed glass.


Sweet Poison

1 oz/30 ml Coconut Rum.
2 oz/60 ml dark rum
1 oz/30 ml Blue Curacao
Pineapple Juice to Top

1. Add first three ingredients to shaker tin.
2. Shake for about 10-15 seconds
3. Pour over ice in glass
4. Top with Pineapple Juice

GARNISH

Lemon Slice


GOOD AND EVIL

INGREDIENTS
1 oz/30 ml vodka
1 oz/30 ml Sour Pucker/Sour Puss
1 oz/30 ml Midori/Melon liqueur (adjust to taste)
1 oz/30 ml triple sec
1 oz/30ml pineapple juice
TOP With sprite / Lemon Lime soda

METHOD
1. Add ice to mixing glass
2. Add all ingredients exept the sprite.
3. Shake for about 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain over ice into glass.
5. Top up with sprite.
6. Garnish with Lemon Wheel

Witch's Heart

INGREDIENTS
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
Top with Viniq (shimmery Purple Liquid)
1 TSP grenadine Dribbled in last

METHOD
1. Put small piece of dry ice (ALLWAYS USE PROPER GEAR AND REMOVE BEFORE DRINKING)
2. Carefully add Vodka
3. Add shimmery liguid
4. Add Grenadine.

PURPLE SHIMMERY LIQUID Adjust to your personal Taste

Purple Shimmery Liquid
2 oz/60 ml Chambord
2 oz/60 ml vodka
4 oz/60 ml Cran-Grape
1/8 - 1/4 tspn pearl luster powder
