How to STOP Leg Cramps | Muscle Spasms | Muscle Cramps In Legs are the worst thing that can happen to any soccer player. In this video I'll teach you what causes leg cramps and how to stop cramps in legs before you get calf cramps and have to be substituted.

What causes muscle cramps or what causes muscle spasms in legs is a question I often get asked? In this video i've outlined 3 main contributors to muscle cramps in legs.

What causes cramp or muscle spasm / causes of leg cramps or muscle cramps causes are listed in this soccer training video:
1) Muscle Fatigue
2) Lax of oxygen to the muscle
3) Dehydration
4) Lack of essential vitamins and minerals

Next I'll talk about what to do for leg cramps so you can stop having that cramp in the calf that is making you slow do in the last minutes of the match.

3) Breathe properly
4) Perform a proper warm up
5) Drink lots of water
6) Eat a consistent healthy diet
7) Eat potassium rich foods before your match
8) Use certain supplements
