Ingredients :

Glutinous flour : 80 gr
corn starch : 30 gr
Cacao powder : 10 gr
Sugar : 30 gr
Milk : 180 gr
Butter : 20 gr
Mochi middle material is optiona ( I just used sweetened cream )

I used double the ingredients to make mochi, it is too much for the volume of my mochi dough
