You do not need to be Gordon Ramsay to hook up these Tender Braised Beef Ribs. A little prep work and a few hours and you will be enjoying these Fall Off The Bone Beef Ribs. The Ribs are very tasty, but you will be amazed how good the shallots, ginger, jalapeno peppers and even orange rind taste after being braised for 3 hours.
This Braised Beef Rib Recipe is a home run. You have got to give it a try.
Believe it or not, this is a Keto Friendly Recipe. The only carbs are from the oranges, and trace amounts from the vegetables. I used Splenda brown sugar in place of regular brown sugar to keep this recipe as low carbohydrate as possible.

Ingredients For Braised Beef Ribs Recipe:
5 to 7 Beef Ribs or Beef Short Ribs (Oxtails would be good also)
* 6 Garlic Cloves Sliced
* 1 Stalk Lemongrass Halved and cut into 2 inch pieces
* 1 Large Piece of Ginger Sliced
* 1 Orange Sliced
* 3 Jalapeno Peppers Sliced
* 4 Green Onions Cut 2 to 4 Inches Long
* 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
* 15 Small Shallots, Pearl Onions or 2 Regular Onions Quartered
* 2 Tbsp Lime or Lemon Juice
* 1 Cup Soy Sauce
* 1/4 Cup Chinese Cooking Wine, Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar
* 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (I used Splenda)
* Canola Or Any Other Cooking Oil To Brown Ribs
