Sesame Chikki with Jaggery with just 2 ingredients | Step by Step Process for Beginners | VEGAN
Sesame is iron rich and healthy weight loss recipe.

Recipe :
Sesame Seeds - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Dry Roast Sesame Seeds in a pan for 5 minutes on low flame . keep aside in same pan,
Add Jaggery and water and let it boil, when the jaggery is thicken , then check for one string consistency, or in a bowl of water, add a drop of jaggery check the jaggery ,which should not spread in water. if it spread in water cook for another minute and check.
Now turn off the flame and add roasted sesame seeds, and mix well. Immediately transfer to parchment paper and press and roll . let it dry for 10 minutes.
Cut into pieces and store in air tight container.
