In this video, I’ll show why many who have a fear of flying yet know it’s not actually dangerous, need to learn how to separate frightening sensations from their actually being in danger. Somehow along the way the two experiences have become fused. In this first part we’ll look briefly at the work that needs to occur to keep the two apart so sensations might be unpleasant but they don’t necessarily mean you’re in danger.
