材料(10个喝汤小碗的分量):
1. 糯米 - 600克
2. 去骨鸡腿肉 - 2只
3. 香菇(大) - 5朵
4. 腊肠 - 1条

鸡腿腌料:
1. 盐 - 1茶匙
2. 绍兴酒 - 1汤匙
3. 蚝油 - 1 汤匙
4. 生抽 - 1汤匙
5. 麻油 - 1汤匙
6. 黑酱油 - 1茶匙
7. 蔗糖/黄糖 - 1茶匙
8. 胡椒粉 - 少许
9. 玉米淀粉/马铃薯粉 - 1茶匙

糯米腌料:
1. 盐 - 1茶匙
2. 生抽 - 1汤匙
3. 麻油 - 1茶匙
4. 胡椒粉 - 适量
5. 蔗糖/黄糖 - 半茶匙
6. 黑酱油 - 1茶匙
7. 猪油/葱油 - 3汤匙
8. 香菇水 - 适量

步骤:
1. 糯米洗干净后直接大火干蒸 1个小时
2. 香菇对半切开, 如果香菇比较小的可以放整朵
3. 腊肠去肠衣切片
4. 去骨鸡腿肉加入腌料腌制至少30分钟以上
5. 蒸好的糯米加入腌料拌均匀, 可以加少许香菇水帮助拌匀
6. 把材料铺在碗后加入糯米, 淋上香菇水(糯米和水的比例建议是1:1)
7. 水开后大火蒸45分钟-1个小时(根据个人要的软硬度来做调整)

贴士:
1. 糯米和水的比例大概是1:1, 根据每碗的糯米分量做调整.
2. 蒸煮的时间根据个人要的软硬度来做调整.
3. 如果不是使用已经焖煮过的香菇, 可以把香菇和鸡一起腌制入味.

9. Cornstarch/Potato starch - 1 tsp

Glutinous Rice Marinade:
1. Salt - 1 tsp
2. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
3. Sesame oil - 1 tsp
4. Pepper - appropriate
5. Cane sugar/brown sugar - half tsp
6. Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
7. Lard/scallion oil - 3 tbsp
8. Mushroom water - appropriate

Step:
1. Wash the glutinous rice and steam it directly on high heat for 1 hour
2. Cut the shiitake mushrooms in half, if the shiitake mushrooms are relatively small, you can put the whole one
3. Sliced chinese ​​sausage without casing.
4. Add the marinade to the boneless chicken thigh and marinate for at least 30 minutes
5. Add the steamed glutinous rice to the marinade and mix well. You can add a little mushroom water to help mix well
6. Spread the ingredients in a bowl, add glutinous rice, pour mushroom water (the recommended ratio of glutinous rice to water is 1:1)
7. After the water boils, steam on high heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour (adjust according to the hardness you want)

Tips:
1. The ratio of glutinous rice to water is about 1:1, adjust according to the amount of glutinous rice in each bowl.
2. The cooking time can be adjusted according to the softness you want.
3. If you are not using the shiitake mushrooms that have been stewed, you can marinate the shiitake mushrooms and chicken together .
