Instant Rava no Handvo in a Pan | ઇન્સ્ટન્ટ રવા નો હાંડવો પેનમાં

Ingredients (સામગ્રીઓ):
💦 1/2 cup rava (coarse variety) (અડધો કપ રવો (કરકરો))
💦 2 tablespoons gram flour (૨ મોટી ચમચી ચણાનો લોટ)
💦 1/4 cup yogurt (પા કપ દહીં)
💦 1/2 cup shredded carrot (અડધો કપ છીણેલું ગાજર)
💦 1/2 cup shredded bottle gourd (અડધો કપ છીણેલી દુધી)
💦 2 tablespoons oil (૨ મોટી ચમચી તેલ)
💦 1 teaspoon ginger, green chili and garlic paste (૧ નાની ચમચી આદુ, લીલા મરચાં અને લસણની પેસ્ટ)
💦 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (અડધી નાની ચમચી હળદર)
💦 1/4 teaspoon eno (fruit salt) (પા નાની ચમચી ઇનો (ફ્રૂટ સોલ્ટ))
💦 1 teaspoon lime juice (૧ નાની ચમચી લીંબુનો રસ)
💦 1/2 teaspoon salt (or as needed) (અડધી નાની ચમચી મીઠું (અથવા જરૂરિયાત મુજબ))
💦 1/2 cup water (or as needed) (અડધો કપ પાણી (અથવા જરૂરિયાત મુજબ))

Handvo Batter Tempering (હાંડવા ના ખીરા વઘાર માટે)
💦 2 tablespoons oil (or as needed) (2 મોટી ચમચીતેલ (અથવા જરૂરિયાત મુજબ))
💦 1 tablespoons mustard seeds (or as needed) (૧ મોટી ચમચી રાઈના દાણા (અથવા જરૂર મુજબ))
💦 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (or as needed) (૨ મોટી ચમચી તલ (અથવા જરૂરિયાત મુજબ))
