[PoE 3.22] - Crafting a +2 Sceptre for Shockwave Totem Hierophant

In today's video I'll be crafting a +2 Scepter. This works for many builds but is specifically for my Shockwave Totem Heirophant Sactum Runner build. Sactum was added back to Path of Exile in PoE 3.22 and I plan to run a ton of them. Although a +2 weapon craft in PoE is fairly deterministic, it is one of the most painful items to make in the game.
