PoE 3.19 - Crafting a +2 Sceptre

Want to know how to craft a +2 Sceptre in PoE 3.19 Lake of Kalandra? Well...I might not know either. In today's video, I'll be crafting a +2 BV Sceptre for my BV Elementalist build and things don't exactly go according to plan. However, after regrouping from a sufficient mald, things turned out okay.
