This is a vintage home movie of a birthday party that was held in an Atlanta, GA area ShowBiz Pizza Place, circa 1985.
ShowBiz Pizza Place was a national pizza and family entertainment chain, that was much like the style of Chuck E. Cheese restaurants.
According to Wikipedia, the company was formed in 1980 when the founders split from the Chuck E. Cheese franchise Pizza Time Theatre.
In 1984, ShowBiz bought out the bankrupt Pizza Time Theatre brand and in 1992, the decision was made to rebrand all ShowBiz chains into the more recognizable Chuck E. Cheese name.
As kids today love Chuck E. Cheese, kids in the 1980's loved ShowBiz Pizza's food, arcades, games, ball pits, and singing animatronic robots.
The animated robots were a rock n roll band called Rock-aFire Explosion.
Billy Bob Brockali (a bear) was the mascot.
